Hi, my name is Carol Reyes, founder of Somara Wellness & Education. I am a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience, specializing in sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and Craniosacral Therapy. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with elite athletes across organizations such as the NFL, MLS, NWSL, and NBA. But my work goes beyond muscle. We are living in a time where healthcare has shifted. While medicine has made incredible advances in controlling infectious disease, today’s challenges are different—chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, and degenerative conditions have become the new focus of health. This is where bodywork becomes essential. As a massage therapist, I don’t just work on the body—I work within the Mind. Body. Spirit. connection. Hands guide. Mind understands. Heart connects. This trilogy is not just a philosophy—it is a practice. The human body was never meant to be treated in parts. It has always functioned as an integrated system. Through my work, I focus on restoring that connection by supporting the nervous system, improving movement, and helping the body return to a state of balance and regulation.
